TARIFF 2013
 

• The price includes: normal consommation of water, heating and electricity and also tourist taxes.
• 50 % of the price is to be paid by bank transfer at the time of the reservation.
• The reservation is only valid after receaval of the down payment and the signed leasecontract
• The other 50 %: as stipulated in the reservation contract.
• Caution: 300 Euros is to be paid cash on arrival (reimbursement on departure).
• The rental period starts on Saturday at 16.00 h till the next Saturday at 11.00 h AM.
• In case of an arrival after 16.00h:  please contact us by telephone.
• The gîte is only rented by the week.
• Towels are to be brought by the client.
• Pets are not allowed and the gîte is non-smoking.
• The gîte must be cleaned before your departure; in the other case we will charge 58 Euros cleaning costs.
• Cheques or credit cards are not accepted.
• For long-term reservation a reduction of the price may be obtained.
